NAC Breda has appointed Anouar Diba as High Potentials and Transition Coach. In this new role, the former striker forms the bridge between the NAC Academy and the first team of the Breda club. Diba has been active within the youth development of NAC for some time and joined the technical staff of the first team as an attack coach last winter. The 43-year-old Diba will focus on the development of talents from the upper levels. He will guide them in their step towards the first team, with attention to technical, tactical, physical, and mental development. Technical director Peter Maas expects that the new role will further strengthen the pipeline of talent. Diba looks forward to his new role and says that he feels the will and ambition of the club to further improve the NAC Academy. The club wants to achieve an optimal pipeline to the first team. Diba will work closely with the technical and medical staff of the first team. He will not only be found at the training complex in Zundert with the youth, but also be involved in the training sessions of the first team.
